Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe, Beehiiv receives your email and manages your subscription. Its embedded form may use cookies for attribution and subscription status. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Events and business submissions

We collect the listing details, photos, name, and email you choose to provide. We use your contact information to review your submission and follow up about it. Contact names and emails are not displayed in the public directory. Approved listing information and approved photos may be published on The 831 Club.

Feature requests

Business feature inquiries include your business details, contact information, preferred timing, and promotional goals. We use this to discuss placements and maintain private campaign and payment-status records. The website does not collect card details.

Where information is stored

When submissions are enabled, Supabase stores submissions, listing information, and photos. Submitted photos are kept private until an administrator publishes them. Website hosting delivers the pages and may process ordinary technical request information.

Your choices

Only submit details and images you are authorized to share. For a correction or removal request, reply to a newsletter from The 831 Club. Signing up for the newsletter is separate from submitting a listing.

Administrator sessions

Administrator sign-in stores session information in the browser to keep authorized editors signed in. Sign out when using a shared device.
